Michael J. Fourticq, Jr.
Michael Fourticq, Jr. joined HPA in 1995 and has been actively involved in the acquisition and management of several portfolio companies. Mr. Fourticq currently serves on the Board of Directors of several HPA portfolio companies. Mr. Fourticq received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Kevin L. Listen
Kevin Listen joined HPA in 2001 to assist in the development and management of the firm's investing activities and is currently active with the operations of portfolio companies. Mr. Listen currently serves on the Board of Directors of several HPA portfolio companies. Mr. Listen received his B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University and his M.B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Kenton S. Van Harten
Kenton Van Harten joined HPA in 1993 and is responsible for deal sourcing and structuring while also assuming various management roles with portfolio companies. Mr. Van Harten is currently CEO of Fitness Holdings International and is interim CEO of American Furniture Corp. Mr. Van Harten received his B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Fourticq joined HPA in 2004 and is responsible for evaluating prospective investments and assists in the monitoring of current portfolio investments. Mr. Fourticq currently serves on the Board of Directors of Borga, Inc., American Furniture Corp. and Project Time & Cost, Inc. Mr. Fourticq earned his B.A. from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. and M.B.A. from Loyola Marymount University.
Michael F. Gooch
Mr. Gooch joined HPA in 2002 and is responsible for meeting the reporting requirements of HPA in addition to acting as a liaison with the Chief Financial Officers of the portfolio companies. Mr. Gooch received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Irani joined HPA in 2009 and is responsible for evaluating prospective investments, assisting in the monitoring of current portfolio investments, and the management and implementation of special projects. Mr. Irani earned both his B.A. in Economics and M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Southern California.
